The clinic was able to see my sick cat due to a cancellation. Dr Williams’s spent an hour going over symptoms and treatments. The next day they called twice to see how my cat was doing. My cat showing some improvement and we are all working together to help him- thank you

Dr. Citino and his staff had a packed schedule, but squeezed our sick dog in and observed, ran tests/took samples and then called and after listening to my summary of what our dog’s symptoms were, and what normal was like for him. He thoroughly explained his diagnosis & treatment. Outstanding service!
